    We need to keep our energy wheels or Chakras healthy with a balanced diet. Eating Healthy is not just the secret to healthy life, eating what balances your chakras is the magic. So as a     Crystal Healer, a crystal healing sessions and wearing your special crystal will balance your energy flow, however, you can eat special foods to balance your chakras too.

    1. The Root (Muladhara)

        Roots Vegies Like Carrots, Potatoes, Radish, Beets, Onions, garlic, Meat, Beans, eggs, peanut butter and spices : Chives, Paprika and Pepper

    2. Sacral Chakra (Swadhistana)

        Melons, Mango, Strawberries, PassionFruit, Oranges,coconut, sesame Seeds and spices : cinnamon and Vanilla. 

    3. Solar Plexus (Manipura)

        Rices, Cereals Flax Seeds, Milk Prodects, Cheese, Yogurt, Bananas and spices : Cumin, Turmeric, mint, and ginger

    4. Heart (Anahata)

        Leafy Vegetables Spinach, Arugula, Broccoli, cauliflower, celery, green tea, Spice: Thyme, Basil, Cilantro

    5. Throat (Vishuddha)

         To keep the throat in mint condition, quench it with liquids like fruit juices, herbal tea and water 

    6. Third Eye (Ajna)

        BlueBerries, BlackBerries, Reaspberries, Grape Juices Egg Plant, purple cabbage and Cocoa 

    7. Crown (Sahasrara)

        Fasting and detoxing, Fresh Air and Sunlight, Meditate in Nature.
